Welcome to The Math Gym. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

The Math Gym is a math practice application that provides:

  • Four basic operations practice problems
  • Learning progress tracking
  • Personalized practice recommendations
  • Multiple difficulty levels
  • Statistical analysis features
  • Achievement system and badge challenges
  • Improved user experience and smoother interface
  • Subscription-based premium features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
  • Protecting your account password
  • Being responsible for account activities
  • Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining account security, including:

  • Using strong passwords
  • Regularly updating passwords
  • Not logging in on public devices
  • Clearing data when logging out

The Math Gym and its content (including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, and design) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for providing and improving services.

6. Subscription Services

6.1 Subscription Description

We offer subscription services that include:

  • Remove ads
  • Exclusive challenge mode
  • Review mistakes (basic mode only)

6.2 Payment and Billing

  • Subscription fees will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account
  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through App Store or Google Play

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current period
  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of the current period
  • Refund policies follow App Store and Google Play guidelines

7. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Defects will be corrected
  • Service meets specific requirements
  • Service is suitable for particular purposes

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
